Parenting the Adlerian Way

Encouragement is one of the main tenets of Adlerian psychology. This month, Pascale was thrilled to join her friend and colleague, Alyson Schafer on her popular parenting podcast, Parenting the Adlerian Way, to help unpack this rich and fundamental concept through personal stories and experiences. Take a listen to hear how to encourage others and help them grow their courage. Feeling encouraged is another way for people to be the best version of themselves they can be, and another way to help others feel courageous in the face of adversity.
