I am The Challenge Coach and my purpose is simple:
I want to help you transform your challenges into growth and success.
Whether you want to address your individual life challenges or team problems within your corporation, my coaching helps you achieve greater clarity; develop better, more productive relationships; and reach your desired results in three languages: I offer all my services in English, French or German. What can The Challenge Coach do for you?
Pascale empowers individuals, couples, and groups to overcome challenges in life or at work, specializing in those related to transitions and relationships.
By harnessing Challenge Coaching, your organization can develop powerful action plans, move forward in its strategic direction, and achieve amazing results.
Pascale’s engagements are customized to meet your specific needs, are based on research and experience, and are interactive and inspirational.
I’m excited to have launched a range of charming and practical products! Share an inspirational message with the world with a canvas print on your wall, by wearing a 100% organic cotton top, or whilst protecting your cell phone. Help reduce plastic waste with an eco-friendly tote bag and stay hydrated with a reusable water bottle. I’m sure there is something you won’t be able to resist, whether it’s a gift for a loved one, or for yourself!
I became The Challenge Coach because I have been, and still am, a challenged human. Life throws us challenges when we very least expect them: the better prepared we are to handle them, the better we can deal with those life challenges. When we are trained for life’s challenges, not only do we survive, we THRIVE. Given the amount of challenges life has thrown me, I feel pretty well equipped, and I’m ready to help YOU build and grow your own toolbox.
It is in that spirit that I have created a monthly Challenge Coach newsletter which you can sign up to on the right-hand side of the page, and the same information will be shared in the blog section of my website.
My latest blog post explores how to stay calm even in times of crisis.
Encouragement is one of the main tenets of Adlerian psychology. This month, Pascale was thrilled to join her friend and colleague, Alyson Schafer on her popular parenting podcast, Parenting the Adlerian Way, to help unpack this rich and fundamental concept through personal stories and experiences.
Take a listen to hear how to encourage others and help them grow their courage. Feeling encouraged is another way for people to be the best version of themselves they can be, and another way to help others feel courageous in the face of adversity.
I’m proud to announce that I recently added the “Joue Ta Vie IKIGAI” certification to my toolbox.
The Joue Ta Vie (Play Your Life) IKIGAI method is a 90-minute coaching exercise that is both incredibly powerful and playful; it will help you reconnect to your inner child and discover your Ikigai: your “reason for being” a.k.a. your purpose in life. As incredible as it may seem, it can be absolutely life changing. At a minimum, it is profoundly transformative and wholesome.
The Joue Ta Vie IKIGAI Coaching is for YOU if you:
- Have the feeling that you have gotten lost along the way or that you are in survival mode.
- Wonder about the meaning of your life and more generally about the meaning of life.
- Are thinking of taking a new career path, but you haven’t dared take the plunge.
- Seek to unravel the mystery of your “mission”.
- Want to know yourself better, to feel like you belong, are useful and energized.
This tool can be used as a stand-alone coaching session, or as part of an on-going relationship.
Sounds good right!?
Credibility is a path we should all move toward. We owe it to ourselves, our family, our children, and the next generation to start making this world into a better, more credible one. Pascale was interviewed as a ‘Thought Leader’ by Global Credibility Expert, Mitchell Levy to give an insight on what it takes to be credible in her line of work.
