There isn’t a single person who hasn’t been affected by the pandemic, in one form or another. Personally, in facing these difficult daily situations, I’ve been relying on my coaching and mindfulness practices to help me successfully navigate through this particularly stressful period. In finding joy and happiness even in the darkest of days, I recognize how important it is to share this knowledge and help others not only survive, but thrive in these challenging times. It is in that spirit that I have created a monthly Challenge Coach newsletter which you can sign up to on the right-hand side of the page, and the same information will be shared in the blog section of my website.
My latest blog post explores the art of encouragement through ‘family’ meetings.
I’m proud to announce that I recently added the “Joue Ta Vie IKIGAI” certification to my toolbox.
The Joue Ta Vie (Play Your Life) IKIGAI method is a 90-minute coaching exercise that is both incredibly powerful and playful; it will help you reconnect to your inner child and discover your Ikigai: your “reason for being” a.k.a. your purpose in life. As incredible as it may seem, it can be absolutely life changing. At a minimum, it is profoundly transformative and wholesome.
The Joue Ta Vie IKIGAI Coaching is for YOU if you:
- Have the feeling that you have gotten lost along the way or that you are in survival mode.
- Wonder about the meaning of your life and more generally about the meaning of life.
- Are thinking of taking a new career path, but you haven’t dared take the plunge.
- Seek to unravel the mystery of your “mission”.
- Want to know yourself better, to feel like you belong, are useful and energized.
This tool can be used as a stand-alone coaching session, or as part of an on-going relationship.
Sounds good right!?
As Co-Chair of the Transformative Leadership & Coaching (TLC) section of the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology (NASAP), Pascale is excited to have launched a series of FREE coaching webinars. Each month a professional expert is invited for an interview and discussion, to explore their thoughts around their role as Coach and/or Therapist, reflect on their experiences, and gain ideas and recommendations for those of us coaching individuals and/or groups.
The next webinar is June 17, 8pm-9pm EST.
When you move as a family you have to take into account the well-being of your children. How do you inform and prepare them? How do you say goodbye and begin your new life?
Pascale shares her advice on this topic on the Perfect Stranger podcast bringing together different elements of her specialisms that she’s passionate about:
- Challenge coaching in life and at work through transitions
- Expatriate and international coaching
- Parent coaching
Credibility is a path we should all move toward. We owe it to ourselves, our family, our children, and the next generation to start making this world into a better, more credible one. Pascale was interviewed as a ‘Thought Leader’ by Global Credibility Expert, Mitchell Levy to give an insight on what it takes to be credible in her line of work.
