MY APPROACH

The coaching process is designed to support you while you find clarity and achieve your goals. This journey requires a strong commitment on your part. The stronger the commitment, the greater the rewards.

This is how the coaching process typically works – but please note that this is just a generalization: each coaching client designs their very own coaching process tailored to them.

  • You meet with your coach an average of three or four times per month, usually for a duration of 40 to 50 minutes.
  • These meetings can take place over the phone, in person or via Skype.
  • You leave these meetings with greater clarity about who you are, where you are going and how to get there.
  • You also leave the conversation with “coaching homework” which has been mutually agreed upon. This is where the power and the efficacy of coaching comes into play: by having specific tasks or practices to accomplish between sessions for which there is some real accountability, you make significant and tangible progress toward your goals.

It’s important to note that in coaching, you are in the “driver’s seat”: we collaborate every step of the way, but you remain in charge when it comes to designing the coaching process which will work best for you. It’s important that you tailor the coaching to best suit your style, your needs and your goals.
