This four week group coaching program will boost your courage: together we will find the sources of your discouragement and BUST them, and learn how to grow your courage to better tackle your life challenges!

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Did you know that feeling discouraged is weakening and bad for your health? Whereas feeling encouraged  results in you being healthier and not only mentally, but also physically stronger?

When we feel encouraged, we feel ready to conquer the world. We are not necessarily sure how we are going to solve certain problems, but we know deep down that we have what it takes to tackle our challenges.

Having courage or not is the difference between seizing life and all its tasks, all its challenges, and working through them – no matter how hard; or believing that we can’t and feeling pretty awful in the process. It’s the difference between succeeding in life and its tasks, or failing at them. Because remember this: when we feel good (i.e. encouraged), we do well (we tackle life productively). When we feel bad (i.e. discouraged), we don’t do so well (we fail at life tasks and we flail in the face of life challenges. We also often misbehave.).

Therefore, Encouragement matters!!

In this four-week Encouragement Group Coaching program, attendees will work on growing their courage muscles around specific and real-life situations, so that they are better equipped to tackle their life challenges. Participants will walk away with increased knowledge of what courage and encouragement are and how to develop them; and will leave the program feeling strongly encouraged thanks to new practical strategies they can apply immediately in their lives.

Each weekly session contains:

  • educational components
  • introspective self-work
  • group work, sharing and support

The program is highly interactive, deeply introspective and also lots of fun, in a very mutually respectful and completely confidential framework.

The group is limited to no more than 8 people to keep it small and intimate so BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment!

Additional optional individual 30-mins coaching sessions in between group sessions are offered at the discounted rate of $85.

 WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

Anyone between the ages of 15 and up who is feeling discouraged!

It can be feeling discouraged temporarily because of a new serious setback you’ve never encountered before and are at a loss how to handle. It can be feeling on-going discouragement about a specific area that you feel you just can’t master. Or it can be serious discouragement because you feel things are coming at you faster and stronger than you can handle.

If you are about to throw in the towel but know you can’t or shouldn’t – and are desperate for a good dose of courage: this is your program!

HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE?

It depends on YOU!

You can spend as little as just the four-hours of group coaching sessions, or you can take full advantage of the program (and obviously get much more out of it, since we usually get out what we put in): in addition to the weekly group coaching sessions, you can also do the homework in between the sessions (time spent depends on each individual but takes on average 30 mins to one hour/week), and take advantage of the two half-hour private coaching sessions.
