Description
I am elated to announce that I have co-written a book with Cathy Nugent, Bridging Two Worlds: Coaching and Psychodrama — A Manual for Integrating Psychodramatic Action Methods in Coaching.
In writing this book, our hope is to bridge the two worlds of coaching and psychodrama, giving coaches access to some of the tools psychodrama offers and expanding the therapist’s understanding of the coaching profession.
The Integrated Coaching Model uses psychodramatic action methods to expand and deepen the purely verbal method of coaching and this is illustrated further with vignettes featuring a cast of fictional coaching clients. We truly believe this work will break new ground.
The book has been reviewed by a number of prominent coaches and psychodramatists and we are thrilled with initial endorsements:
“Brady and Nugent have created a very useful and powerful guidebook for coaches to incorporate psychodramatic techniques. Today’s coaching is about body, brain, and being and this manual shows ways to incorporate new methods for enhancing shifts in personal development with groups and individuals as well.”
