Happy New Year!

Dear Clients, Colleagues, Associates, Friends and Family,

Happy New Year! Bonne année! Einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr!

It is now commonplace to say that 2020 was a challenging year for all of us. There isn’t a single person who hasn't been affected by the pandemic, in one form or another. Personally, in facing these difficult daily situations, I’ve been relying on my coaching and mindfulness practices to help me successfully navigate through this particularly stressful period. In finding joy and happiness even in the darkest of days, I recognize how important it is to share this knowledge and help others not only survive, but thrive in these challenging times. It is in that spirit that I have created a monthly Challenge Coach newsletter which you can sign up to on the right-hand side of the page, and the same information will be shared in this blog section of my website.

My purpose is to help people find and cultivate the resilience they need to transform the challenges they are facing into life-changing growth and success.

I am proud and excited to launch this newsletter and blog, and truly believe that it will provide significant value: I look forward to getting feedback on what you like about it, as well as ways in which it might be improved. Just drop me an email!

I have updated my brand to reflect my purpose, including a revamped logo which is based on a lotus flower. Lotus flowers are regarded as a symbol of enlightenment, self-regeneration and rebirth. Its characteristics are a perfect analogy for the human condition: even when its roots are in the dirtiest waters, the lotus produces the most beautiful flower. In my logo, the flower is being held by open arms symbolizing love and compassion, guidance and nurturing; which are what I hope to offer.

So, without further ado, let’s dive further into this opening post, which focuses on the foundation of resilience – Mindfulness. And don't forget that if you would like to receive these monthly updates straight into your inbox, simply sign up on the right-hand side of the page!
