En 1999, je suis entr\u00e9e dans mon premier cours PEP en qu\u00eate d'aide. Comme beaucoup de parents, j'aimais profond\u00e9ment mes enfants, mais je me demandais souvent si je r\u00e9ussissais \u00e0 \u00eatre une bonne m\u00e8re.\u201c<br>Ce que j'y ai d\u00e9couvert a chang\u00e9 ma vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de vingt-cinq ans plus tard, je suis toujours profond\u00e9ment impliqu\u00e9e dans la PEP - maintenant en tant qu'\u00e9ducatrice parentale certifi\u00e9e, animatrice d'ateliers et membre du conseil d'administration. Aussi, lorsque PEP m'a r\u00e9cemment invit\u00e9e \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction d'articles pour Washington Parent, j'ai eu l'impression de faire le tour de la question.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Une occasion de r\u00e9unir trois choses qui me tiennent \u00e0 c\u0153ur : encourager les parents, partager les principes parentaux adl\u00e9riens et \u00e9crire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'article ci-dessous est la premi\u00e8re de ces contributions.
