Juste comme \u00e7a, nous sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 en 2023 depuis un mois ! J'esp\u00e8re que votre ann\u00e9e commence de mani\u00e8re fantastique.<br><br>O\u00f9 en sont les r\u00e9solutions du Nouvel An ? \u00cates-vous toujours sur la bonne voie ou sont-elles un souvenir aussi lointain que les c\u00e9l\u00e9brations du Nouvel An ?<br><br>Si vous faites partie de cette derni\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie, prenez courage et arr\u00eatez de vous morfondre. Vous faites partie de la majorit\u00e9, car 92% de la population ne tient pas ses r\u00e9solutions.<br><br>Et ce n'est pas surprenant ! Ne pensez-vous pas que le 1er janvier est la pire p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pour fixer des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement personnel ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vous venez de passer les f\u00eates de fin d'ann\u00e9e et vous \u00eates probablement sorti de votre routine quotidienne. Apr\u00e8s un mois comme d\u00e9cembre, un changement radical n'est pas r\u00e9aliste. Revenir \u00e0 la normale pour le 15 janvier est d\u00e9j\u00e0 ambitieux.<\/li><li>Les placards de certains d'entre vous sont-ils encore remplis des savoureux restes des f\u00eates de fin d'ann\u00e9e ? Si votre r\u00e9solution \u00e9tait d'\u00eatre plus sain, de supprimer le sucre, de perdre du poids, etc., le fait d'\u00eatre entour\u00e9 de tentations n'est pas un environnement propice !<\/li><li>D\u00e9cembre est le mois le plus sombre de l'ann\u00e9e si vous vivez dans l'h\u00e9misph\u00e8re nord. Janvier n'est gu\u00e8re mieux, mais contrairement \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre, vous devez l'affronter sans les lumi\u00e8res de saison. Il est bien plus agr\u00e9able de se blottir au coin du feu et d'hiberner que d'enfiler la lampe frontale et de faire son jogging dans l'obscurit\u00e9.<\/li><li>Le manque de lumi\u00e8re du soleil affecte aussi directement l'humeur de l'homme. Si l'on ajoute \u00e0 cela le fait que le mois de janvier n'est pas propice aux changements, il n'est pas \u00e9tonnant que la plupart des r\u00e9solutions du Nouvel An \u00e9chouent.<br><br>La bonne nouvelle, c'est que la nouvelle ann\u00e9e n'est pas votre seule chance de vous am\u00e9liorer. Il y a 11 autres mois dans l'ann\u00e9e, et vous pouvez d\u00e9cider de changer n'importe lequel d'entre eux.<br><br>Alors, que pouvez-vous faire pour avoir plus de chances de tenir votre prochaine r\u00e9solution ? Se limiter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pouvons vouloir perdre du poids, manger plus de l\u00e9gumes, faire plus de b\u00e9n\u00e9volat, arr\u00eater de fumer et passer plus de temps en famille. Mais les experts estiment qu'il s'agit l\u00e0 d'un trop grand nombre d'objectifs \u00e0 fixer pour une r\u00e9solution du Nouvel An. Choisissez une, voire deux choses sur lesquelles vous aimeriez vous concentrer et allez-y \u00e0 fond. Si votre objectif est de courir trois fois par semaine, que ferez-vous si vous manquez quatre jours d'affil\u00e9e ? Prendre le temps de planifier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de planifier votre objectif. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont vous voulez accomplir votre r\u00e9solution et au temps qu'il vous faudra pour atteindre votre objectif. Par exemple, si votre r\u00e9solution est d'arr\u00eater de boire, cherchez \u00e0 savoir combien de temps il faut en moyenne \u00e0 une personne pour se d\u00e9barrasser de cette habitude et quels sont les revers possibles. Ou encore, si votre objectif est de courir trois fois par semaine, que ferez-vous si vous manquez quatre jours d'affil\u00e9e ? Fixer des objectifs tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Nous sommes nombreux \u00e0 prendre une r\u00e9solution pour la nouvelle ann\u00e9e, comme \u201cfaire plus d'exercice\u201d ou \u201cperdre du poids\u201d. Mais qu'est-ce que cela signifie vraiment ? Vous devriez plut\u00f4t d\u00e9tailler votre r\u00e9solution. Il peut s'agir de \u201cfaire de l'exercice 30 minutes par jour\u201d ou de \u201cperdre 2 livres par semaine\u201d. Cela vous donne un objectif mesurable \u00e0 atteindre que vous pouvez cocher sur votre liste. Small is beautiful : commencez petit !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9vitez d'avoir des attentes trop \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 votre \u00e9gard. Les r\u00e9solutions du Nouvel An \u00e9chouent souvent parce qu'elles sont trop ambitieuses et trop rapides. Si vous souhaitez perdre du poids, fixez-vous un objectif modeste mais r\u00e9aliste. Il peut s'agir d'une perte de 2,5 kilos en deux mois. Une fois que vous aurez atteint cet objectif, vous pourrez envisager de perdre encore deux ou trois kilos. Si vous avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de courir un marathon, commencez par faire du jogging deux ou trois fois par semaine. Progressivement, vous pourrez faire des courses plus longues et faire de l'exercice plus souvent par semaine. Identifier les partenaires responsables du soutien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Oui, vous avez probablement entendu ce conseil un million de fois, mais c'est parce que le syst\u00e8me d'entraide fonctionne r\u00e9ellement. Un syst\u00e8me de soutien solide peut vous aider \u00e0 rester motiv\u00e9 et responsable. Appuyez-vous sur des personnes - qu'il s'agisse d'un ami qui vous aide \u00e0 respecter votre r\u00e9solution de faire de l'exercice, d'un conjoint qui vous aide \u00e0 adopter des habitudes alimentaires plus saines ou m\u00eame (id\u00e9e folle !), d'un ENTRA\u00ceNEUR, dont le travail consiste \u00e0 vous tenir responsable de tout ce que vous voulez faire ! Donnez \u00e0 votre r\u00e9solution le temps de devenir une habitude<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les nouvelles habitudes ne se prennent pas du jour au lendemain. Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2009 a montr\u00e9 qu'il faut en moyenne 66 jours pour prendre une nouvelle habitude. Soyez patient avec vous-m\u00eame. Si vous avez de petits revers ou si vous n'atteignez pas votre objectif une semaine, reprenez-le la semaine suivante.
