Pas \u00e9tonnant que le 10 octobre soit la Journ\u00e9e mondiale de la sant\u00e9 mentale...&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, nos horloges am\u00e9ricaines \u201creculent\u201d le 6 novembre (en Europe, ce sera le 30 octobre. Car, bien s\u00fbr, les grands pontes n'ont pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se mettre d'accord pour que cela tombe le m\u00eame jour !) La bonne nouvelle, c'est que nous dormons une heure de plus. La mauvaise nouvelle, c'est qu'au lieu de tomber \u00e0 18 ou 19 heures (selon l'endroit o\u00f9 l'on se trouve), la nuit tombera une heure plus t\u00f4t. Cela raccourcit consid\u00e9rablement la fin des journ\u00e9es, du moins en ce qui concerne la lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que l'automne soit la saison pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de nombreuses personnes, c'est aussi une saison qui peut s'av\u00e9rer difficile et morne pour beaucoup d'autres. L'automne provoque une maladie appel\u00e9e d\u00e9pression saisonni\u00e8re chez environ 11 \u00e0 21 millions d'Am\u00e9ricains (environ 3 millions de personnes) et chez environ 1,51 million de personnes dans le monde. SAD signifie Seasonal Affective Disorder (trouble affectif saisonnier). Il s'agit d'un type de d\u00e9pression qui survient et dispara\u00eet selon des sch\u00e9mas saisonniers. La d\u00e9pression saisonni\u00e8re est parfois appel\u00e9e \"d\u00e9pression hivernale\" parce que les sympt\u00f4mes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus apparents et plus graves pendant l'hiver (mais pas toujours). Les sympt\u00f4mes de la d\u00e9pression saisonni\u00e8re peuvent inclure la fatigue, la d\u00e9pression, le d\u00e9sespoir et le retrait social. Et ne laissez pas le mot \u201cexercice\u201d vous effrayer : il y a des millions de fa\u00e7ons de bouger son corps - d'une lente s\u00e9ance d'\u00e9tirements le matin au r\u00e9veil, \u00e0 une longue promenade dans le quartier, une le\u00e7on de tango (ou de toute autre danse), jusqu'\u00e0 un entra\u00eenement de crossfit ou de triathlon ! Du moment que vous bougez, tout est possible ! Faites du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat dans votre biblioth\u00e8que locale pour enseigner l'anglais en tant que deuxi\u00e8me langue. Vous aimez conduire ? Livrez des repas \u00e0 domicile ! Le sourire active dans le cerveau de minuscules mol\u00e9cules con\u00e7ues pour lutter contre le stress. Ces mol\u00e9cules, appel\u00e9es neuropeptides, facilitent la communication entre les neurones du cerveau. De plus, lorsque vous souriez, votre cerveau lib\u00e8re de la dopamine, des endorphines et de la s\u00e9rotonine. En fait, le fait de d\u00e9clencher certains muscles faciaux en souriant peut \"tromper\" votre cerveau en lui faisant croire que vous \u00eates heureux. Allez-y : essayez maintenant !
