Pour ceux d&#039;entre nous qui ont une vision de type \u00abverre \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 plein\u00bb ou \u00ablunettes roses\u00bb, le bonheur est facile parce qu&#039;il est int\u00e9gr\u00e9. C&#039;est un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit. Si votre esprit est en paix, vous \u00eates heureux. Si votre esprit est en paix, mais que vous n&#039;avez rien d&#039;autre, vous pouvez \u00eatre heureux. Si vous avez tout ce que le monde peut offrir - plaisir, possessions, pouvoir - mais manquez de tranquillit\u00e9 d&#039;esprit, vous ne pourrez jamais \u00eatre heureux.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelsang Gyatso ajoute:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><br><em><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">\u00abLe but de la m\u00e9ditation est de rendre notre esprit calme et paisible. Si notre esprit est paisible, nous serons lib\u00e9r\u00e9s des soucis et de l&#039;inconfort mental, et ainsi nous conna\u00eetrons le vrai bonheur. Mais si notre esprit n\u2019est pas en paix, il nous sera tr\u00e8s difficile d\u2019\u00eatre heureux, m\u00eame si nous vivons dans les meilleures conditions. \u00bb<\/span><\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils n&#039;ont rien invent\u00e9. S\u00e9n\u00e8que (philosophe sto\u00efcien n\u00e9 en -4) avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit ceci:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><br><em><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">\u00abLe vrai bonheur est de profiter du pr\u00e9sent,<br>sans d\u00e9pendance anxieuse de l\u2019avenir. \u00bb<\/span><\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, l&#039;un des moyens du bonheur est la pleine conscience, sur laquelle vous pouvez en savoir plus <a href=\"https:\/\/thechallengecoach.com\/fr\/mindfulness\/\">ici<\/a>.<br><br>Au \u00abgymnase du bonheur\u00bb de pleine conscience, vous pouvez d\u00e9velopper vos muscles du bonheur en pratiquant quotidiennement l &#039;\u00abexercice des trois b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions\u00bb. Je l&#039;appelle \u00able brossage des dents de l&#039;\u00e2me\u00bb parce que, comme se brosser les dents, cela devrait devenir une habitude quotidienne pour garder votre \u00e2me fra\u00eeche, saine et heureuse. Son livre, \u00abLe petit livre d&#039;Ikigai\u00bb, traite des cinq piliers d&#039;Ikigai:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Commencer petit<\/li><li>Se lib\u00e9rer (savoir et accepter qui vous \u00eates)<\/li><li>Harmonie et durabilit\u00e9 (sens de la communaut\u00e9 et de l&#039;interd\u00e9pendance, bien-\u00eatre de la communaut\u00e9 et du monde en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral)<\/li><li>La joie des petites choses (li\u00e9e \u00e0 la petite enfance, appr\u00e9cier les plaisirs sensoriels)<\/li><li>\u00catre dans l&#039;ici et maintenant (trouver votre flux. Pleine conscience, n&#039;importe qui?!)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Mogi dit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">\u00abJe pense qu&#039;\u00eatre \u00e0 nouveau un enfant est la cl\u00e9 du bonheur dans votre vie\u00bb.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u00c0 quand remonte la derni\u00e8re fois que vous avez regard\u00e9 le monde comme si vous \u00e9tiez un enfant et que vous vous \u00e9tiez \u00e9merveill\u00e9?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helen Keller a ajout\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">\u00abLe vrai bonheur ... n&#039;est pas atteint par la satisfaction de soi,<br>mais par fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 \u00e0 un objectif louable.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Plus pr\u00e8s de nous, cette m\u00eame id\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 recherch\u00e9e et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Positive Psychology et son fondateur, Martin Seligman, notamment dans son livre \u00abAuthentic Happiness\u00bb. Seligman d\u00e9veloppe l&#039;id\u00e9e que nous devons trouver quelles sont nos principales forces (notre moi authentique), puis vivre nos vies en r\u00e9sonance ou en harmonie avec ces principales forces. John W. Selon Malcolm Gladwell dans son livre \u00abBlink\u00bb sur l&#039;intuition, nous pouvons en fait tromper nos corps pour qu&#039;ils ressentent une \u00e9motion en mettant le \u00abmasque\u00bb de cette \u00e9motion: nous pouvons faire ressentir \u00e0 nos corps la physiologie de la tristesse en faisant un visage triste, les sensations physiques de col\u00e8re en se mettant sur un visage en col\u00e8re\u2026 mais qui voudrait CELA ?? !!!<br><br>Ce que nous pouvons tous utiliser, cependant, c&#039;est plus de bonheur!<br><br><strong><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Essayez ceci maintenant<\/span><\/strong> - personne ne regarde: fermez les yeux, mettez un grand sourire sur votre visage pendant environ 5 secondes (m\u00eame si vous ne vous sentez pas \u00abheureux\u00bb en ce moment), et en gardant le sourire, ressentez les sensations dans votre corps. Tu le sens? C&#039;est la dopamine (l&#039;hormone du \u00abbien-\u00eatre\u00bb) qui p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans votre corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente publi\u00e9e dans la revue <em>Psychologie exp\u00e9rimentale<\/em>, les chercheurs ont d\u00e9couvert que le sourire - m\u00eame un faux sourire - peut avoir un impact positif sur notre humeur. Essentiellement, d\u00e9clencher certains muscles faciaux en souriant peut \u00abtromper\u00bb notre cerveau en lui faisant croire que nous sommes heureux. C&#039;est ce qu&#039;on appelle l&#039;hypoth\u00e8se de la r\u00e9troaction faciale: des neurotransmetteurs appel\u00e9s endorphines sont lib\u00e9r\u00e9s lorsque vous souriez.
