Diese kleinen Liebesbriefe, die meine Tochter mir geschrieben hat, dienen als t\u00e4gliche Inspiration und Erinnerung daran, worauf ich mich konzentrieren muss, um in schwierigen Zeiten positiv, widerstandsf\u00e4hig und mutig zu bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heute m\u00f6chte ich diese eine Notiz aus dem Glas mit Ihnen teilen, da sie zu unserem Thema Achtsamkeit passt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">\"Du hast mir gezeigt, wie ich die Natur wahrnehmen und sch\u00e4tzen kann.\"<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hatten Sie jemals das Gef\u00fchl, dass es mehr im Leben geben muss? Nun, das gibt es tats\u00e4chlich! Es liegt direkt vor Ihnen und ist \u00fcberall um Sie herum. Sie m\u00fcssen nur innehalten und es zur Kenntnis nehmen. Nehmen Sie sich Zeit, um abzuschalten. Legen Sie Ihr Telefon beiseite. Nehmen Sie Abstand von Computer und Fernseher und bemerken Sie die Komplexit\u00e4t und Sch\u00f6nheit der Welt um Sie herum. Verlangsamen Sie und genie\u00dfen Sie die kleinen Dinge, an denen Sie normalerweise vorbeirauschen w\u00fcrden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie lernen, achtsamer und bewusster zu sein, wird das Wunder f\u00fcr Ihr Wohlbefinden in allen Lebensbereichen bewirken: Wissenschaftliche Studien haben gezeigt, dass Achtsamkeits\u00fcbungen die k\u00f6rperliche Gesundheit verbessern, Stress und Depressionen reduzieren, die Genesung beschleunigen und unsere Konzentration steigern. Zen-Meister Thich Nhat Hanh erkl\u00e4rt: \u201cAchtsamkeit zeigt uns, was in unserem K\u00f6rper, unseren Emotionen, unserem Geist und in der Welt vor sich geht. Wenn Sie das n\u00e4chste Mal nach drau\u00dfen gehen (Sie k\u00f6nnen dies aber auch jetzt tun, wo immer Sie sind!):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">5 - Beachte 5 Dinge, die du sehen kannst:<\/span><\/strong><br>Schauen Sie sich um und sch\u00e4rfen Sie Ihre visuelle Aufmerksamkeit f\u00fcr 5 Dinge. Suchen Sie sich etwas aus, das Sie normalerweise nicht bemerken, z. B. Wassertropfen auf einem Blatt oder einen Vogel auf der Fensterbank... Oder wenn Sie in einem Raum sitzen, suchen Sie sich etwas aus, das Sie schon lange nicht mehr aufmerksam betrachtet haben (vielleicht das Bild an der Wand oder einen Gegenstand in einem Regal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">4 - Nimm 4 Dinge wahr, die du f\u00fchlen kannst:<\/span><\/strong><br>Richten Sie Ihre Aufmerksamkeit intensiv auf 4 Dinge, die Sie sp\u00fcren k\u00f6nnen. Zum Beispiel weiches Moos oder feuchtes Gras, oder die W\u00e4rme der Sonne auf deinem Gesicht und den Wind in deinem Haar... Du k\u00f6nntest auch einfach nur das Material des Stuhls sp\u00fcren, auf dem du gerade sitzt, oder die Textur deines Pullovers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">3 - Beachten Sie 3 Dinge, die Sie h\u00f6ren k\u00f6nnen:<\/span><\/strong><br>Nehmen Sie sich einen Moment Zeit, um zu lauschen, und notieren Sie 3 Dinge, die Sie h\u00f6ren: das Zwitschern eines Vogels, ein Flugzeug, das \u00fcber Sie hinwegfliegt, oder das Rauschen des Wassers in einem Bach... Wenn Sie drinnen sind, k\u00f6nnen Sie die W\u00e4rme h\u00f6ren, die durch Ihre Rohre flie\u00dft? Das Surren Ihres Computers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">2 - Nimm 2 Dinge wahr, die du riechen kannst:<\/span><\/strong><br>Machen Sie sich Ger\u00fcche bewusst, die Sie normalerweise herausfiltern, ob angenehm oder unangenehm. Vielleicht der Duft einer Blume, Ihr eigenes Deodorant oder Parf\u00fcm oder etwas, das Sie lieber nicht an Ihrer Schuhsohle haben m\u00f6chten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#088483\" class=\"has-inline-color\">1 - Konzentrieren Sie sich auf 1 Sache, die Sie jetzt gerade schmecken k\u00f6nnen:<\/span><\/strong><br>Verlangsamen Sie sich und schmecken Sie wirklich, was Sie in diesem Moment trinken: Ihren Morgenkaffee, einen kalten Schluck Wasser oder eine hei\u00dfe Tasse Tee...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nehmen Sie abschlie\u00dfend wahr, wie Sie sich jetzt f\u00fchlen. Inwiefern hat Sie dieser erh\u00f6hte Moment der Achtsamkeit in den gegenw\u00e4rtigen Moment gebracht? Was hat das f\u00fcr Sie bewirkt? Hat irgendetwas irgendwelche Gef\u00fchle geweckt? Was haben Sie bemerkt, das Ihnen Freude bereitet hat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denken Sie dar\u00fcber nach, wie dankbar Sie f\u00fcr das sind, was Sie gerade erlebt haben.
